Cura C is a masterplanned residential subdivision on Tamarind Drive, Tintenbar, in the Ballina Shire. It is set to deliver a vibrant new community designed for modern coastal living.

The 44.2 hectare site is planned for about 320 residential lots arranged around creek parkland, conservation bushland and a freshwater wetland. Almost 40% of the site is kept as open space and drainage, including 1.7 hectares of local parkland and a neighbourhood park.

Lots range from around 300 m² to more than 800 m², with most between 375 and 600 m². The site sits beside the Pacific Motorway, a short drive from Ballina's town centre, beaches and regional airport.

The project will provide a mix of housing options for families, downsizers and first-home buyers, supporting a broad and lasting community.
